Children around the world are often engaged in paid and unpaid forms of work that are not harmful to them. However, they are classed as child labourers and when they are too young to work this can compromise their physical, mental, social or educational development. This book explores the rights of children throughout the world and the conditions in which some of those children are working. It also looks at child marriage and the steps being taken to try to combat this.
